The Shaderoom’s finishes are almost complete, stucco walls with custom color palette, wood T&G ceiling cladding on the underside of a non symmetrical roof above ( very tricky detailing!) wood casework on the corner column and soffits, tile flooring throughout with custom edging, new custom made French outswing doors and hardware that fit into the existing window openings width, The beautiful hand dressed and detailed stone stairs and French door landing stone by Matt Goddard of Poetry in Stone !
